RETURNS

GLOSLATE has a strict NO RETURN Policy, If you have questions or doubts about our Products & Services, please feel free to ask our customer care agents who will be more than glad to answer your questions. Please purchase the product only after being satisfied with the complete information about the product. In case of Damaged or Non working Product you may need to visit the complaint section of our website within 24 hours of the delivery. Our technicians may have primary check over a call and then it is to their discretion whether the product should be exchanged with a new piece of the same product or be repaired for minor issues such as loose wiring etc. The final decision shall remain with GLOSLATE only.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a damaged or non working item for review/exchange, please go to www.gloslate.com, in the complaints section please enter the relevant details within 24 hours of delivery, Our Customer care expert will guide you through the process and send you the address of your nearest service point.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

EXCEPTIONS

Any Products & Services are NON RETURNABLE, so kindly get in touch with our customer support for all the information about the product/s of interest. A exception can be made under certain circumstances for RETURN & REFUND only by GLOSLATE & their counterparts, however these exceptions are at the sole discretion of GLOSLATE only and the decision shall be deemed as final

  • A 8% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • A customer and CANCEL the order only within the ETA Provided on the product before the order status is "Read for Dispatch", Post which Any cancellation or refunds of any kind is not allowed unless exceptions created by GLOSLATE or their counter parts.
